We invite businesses and organizations to apply to become official A Million Thanks drop-off locations. Think of this as your own A Million Thanks "franchise" ! Please read below to see if you would be a good fit and fill out the brief application below if you are interested!


What we ask from our drop-off locations:

  • Be accessible to the public (no private residences)
  • Must commit to a minimum of six months as a drop off location
  • Act as an extension of A Million Thanks in your local community and accept letters of thanks and support for our military from schools, churches, business, clubs, and other organizations
  • Give permission for your business address, contact information and hours to be listed on our website
  • Review, bundle, and package the letters according to A Million Thanks standards
  • Hold fundraisers and collect donations to help offset your drop-off location’s postage costs
  • Send the packages of letters to military overseas (A Million Thanks will assist in providing your location with addresses)
  • Give a one-time processing fee of $25 to A Million Thanks upon completion of application
