HELP THE NEW "WOUNDED SOLDIERS WISH FOUNDATION"
 
While A Million Thanks will continue to send thank you letters, we are in the final stages forming another organization under A Million Thanks with a new focus and we will need your help.
 
We are in the process of forming the WOUNDED SOLDIERS WISH. We are now approved by the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit organization, Federal ID 26-0361789 and the Wounded Soldiers Wish.org web site is under construction and should be launched soon. 

 The purpose of WOUNDED SOLDIERS WISH  is to grant wishes of wounded soldiers for things they need the most.  It will be similar to the Make A Wish children's cancer charity, but will focus on the needs of the wounded. Only those soldiers wounded during the War on Terrorism will be eligible.
 
HERE'S WHERE YOU CAN HELP:
 
We have already received dozens of "wishes" from wounded soldiers who heard about us. Right now, we do not have enough funds to handle their requests. Until we have the web site up, we are asking those who would like to be part of our team to consider organizing future WOUNDED SOLDIERS WISH fundraising events or those individuals or companies that would like to donate to the FOUNDATION now can do so immediately. Your donation is tax deductible (consult your accountant).

Our wounded soldiers need to have every opportunity to have normal lives given their disabling injuries. Some soldiers have lost eyes, hearing, arms, legs, hands, etc and will need special devices or equipment. The WOUNDED SOLDIERS WISH FOUNDATION wants to be able to provide what they need through generous donations from Americans who want to thank them for their sacrifice to our country.
